We had a group of seven, including two children, and stayed for a week. The property is a semi-detached house in a quiet area near a cul-de-sac. Check-in was very easy thanks to a secure key box, which was especially helpful since our flight was delayed due to a CrowdStrike issue. The amenities were exactly as described in the advertisement: one super king bed, one king bed, one double bed, and a single bed. The house also features a kitchen diner and a separate living area. Additionally, there's a bedroom on the ground floor, which is convenient for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs.
The kitchen was well-equipped with enough utensils for our group, including wine glasses, scissors, and bottle openers. The house was very clean, with fresh bedding and towels provided. Annette, the host, supplied some basic toiletries, although we always prefer to use our own. Tea, coffee, salt, and pepper were available, which was a nice bonus, although we brought our own supplies.
There's a charming village just a five-minute walk away, where you can find a Spar shop for any essentials, a few pubs, a local butcher, a fish and chips shop, and a Chinese takeaway, making everything very convenient. Annette has prepared a comprehensive guidebook, and I recommend reviewing it thoroughly upon arrival to avoid needing to contact the host for any information.
There are plenty of sights to see . Dublin Airport is about an hour and fifteen minutes away, while Belfast is just under an hour.
