This cozy and comfortable condo will work great for a small family or even a couple. The downstairs offers a kitchen, dining, and elevated living areas for guests to spend time together, watch TV or catch up on a good book. Upstairs, there is a large open bedroom with enough space for the whole family with its added twin bunk beds. The condo also offers an outside deck which showcases the resort scenery, and you'll have access to a shared heated pool!

Conveniently located at the north end of the Sunday River Ski Resort, this condo offers easy access to the Sundance Trail which will take you right to abundant skiing opportunities that the resort has to offer. After a long day of skiing, the Trail's End Restaurant & Tavern and Frank's Bar and Grille are both close to the condo.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Great location
The location was fabulous and the hot tub was great. The unit was small, but we expected that. It was warm and clean though a little dated. I wouldn’t plan up doing any cooking there. It was fine for heating up what we had brought from home.My major complaint was with communication with Vacasa. I had an email from Verbo saying we would have our check in code 3 days prior, and then a conflicting email from Vacasa saying we would have our check-in code 2 days prior. One day prior I did not have a check-in code so I emailed Vacasa. Who told me I did have it, but I did not. It seemed like a canned or AI response with poor grammar. I tried to call them and no one ever answered or called me back. The check-in code arrived the day of check-in so we were able to get in, but it was unnecessary stress and wasted time.

Lacking in kitchen essentials
The location was great. The kitchen had bare essentials. One of the pans should be thrown out. The nonstick coating has been scratched almost completely off. No bottle opener or can opener. The purpose of staying there was for the location mainly. But being able to cook breakfast and dinner would have been better than going out to eat. All in all it was a fantastic ski trip.

Not elegant, but a great location
True ski in ski out. Amazing location! It was not without issues however. The dishes were dirty, the towels had a yellowish stain to them, and everything was super old. That all being said, everything was functional and we had a great time. We would stay again, but if you require fancy stuff, this ain’t it. If you just want a perfect ski location, go no further.

overall very nice. cozy ski condo
Overall our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. It is compact (especially the kitchen), but it is well laid out. Having one bedroom worked out fine as there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Some small gripes, but would definitely stay again! Minor gripes: when we arrived the place reeked of cigarette smoke. It is supposed to be non-smoking, so not sure if the previous renter smoked, but it was bad. Leaving the place open for an hour helped a lot - so it seemed like it wasn't normally smoked in. The ski locker downstairs is quite small (and walk to the small red lockers at the end! - not the large grey ones before them). I could barely fit in 2 snowboards and 2 sets of skis. Could not fit in the 3rd snowboard we had...). There are some missing kitchen items, such as a kettle, dry cup measures.. but very minor.

Great Location, needs attention
Property is a great location for lift access! The property is not well managed, as neither heat source worked in the upstairs bedroom. They had supplied a space heater but it didn't put out heat. Many lights in the unit were not working, presumably because the bulbs were burned out. A call to Vacasa went unanswered and we were left to our own devices. I did not get an email from Vacasa regarding check-in and had to call them. Message to the owner also went unanswered. Otherwise, the unit is good, clean and functional. No issues except the above.

Great location but unit needs a few thing
Location was perfect! Building was great, We took advantage of the swimming pool and common areas. Another nice perk, there is a restaurant and bar in the building. As for the unit, the furniture was nice and comfortable the only complains we had was in the bathroom sink the cold water did not work and when we filled the tub up for the kids we drained the hot water tank and there was a lot of brown stuff floating in the water which I’m assuming was rust but I’m not sure. It was gross. I hope this gets fixed because we’d love to rent this unit again next year. Thanks for a great vacation!

Fantastic ski condo close to the mountain
The home was beautiful, the full kitchen made for an easy breakfast and lunch throughout the day. Only a few steps from the trail and the ski locker room makes for easy changing and storage. Franks restaurant is in the same building as a condo and made for a great dinner spot
