Overall a very satisfactory experience. Excellent food- friendly and helpful staff. Room fine and very clean but very inadequte shower was a disappointment as was non functioning electric towel rail in bathroom. Very nice to see the bar being used and obviously enjoyed by local people.

The country inn of your dreams!

We had a problem with our rental car and they were able to quickly help us find a local company to handle the issue. But the historic property itself is also a gem! It's a picture-perfect, charming inn. We stayed in the family room which was very spacious for a couple and child. Dinner at the pub downstairs was delicious and then just a few steps to the room.

Staff excellent and professional.
Good breakfast
Only hiccup dinner we waited far too long and ended up leaving after starter .so did another couple but next morning received full apology from proprietor. Obviously something had occurred as all reviews usually excellent. Very impressed with customer service and woukd love to revisit

History and charm
Publié le 23 juin 2022 sur HotelsWe had a nice one night stay at the Cridford Inn. It is just seeped with history, but was also comfortable for modern travel. We had 3 people in one room with plenty of space and a modern bathroom with decent shower. It is a bit of a scary one lane road to get there, but that adds to the charm, and they have a lovely pub so you can reward yourself appropriately. I would definitely return!
