Quiet Relaxing Honeymoon

Lovely week on Horseshoe Lake
Publié le 13 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at the A-Frame on Horseshoe Lake. It's a sweet abode in a beautiful setting and the hosts are very responsive and easy to work with! This was our second stay here and we plan to return!

Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HomeAwaygood location to the event we went to. Nice setting on the water. Could use some updating. The beds left a lot to be desired especially the downstairs one hardly fit one person and was very uncomfortable. Kitchen area was nice and bathroom was nice but very small.

Mini Get Away

Spent some time in Manitowoc and Sheboygan and hit up some state parks along the way.

right on a terrific lake
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed being right on a wonderful inland lake. We paddled around using the property's kayaks (there is also a row boat but we did not use). There was also swimming and fishing, with NO motorboats! We could watch the sun set over the lake. The folks who live on the lake were extremely nice and friendly, talking to each other and us. We had a front row seat to a very impressive fireworks display put on by the family next door (they told/warned us about it ahead of time).
The house was small but cozy and had everything we needed or wanted. The property around the house was lovely with a deck and a fire pit. A great find and a great stay.
