Staff were rude and bed was horrible was like sleeping on a rock.

Looked sketchy at first but ended up being fine. Beds were clean and comfortable, water was hot, TV worked and breakfast was good. That’s all we needed!!

We enjoyed our stay. I am just a person who likes to be able to see my vehicle and having to park on the back when my room was in the front was the only thing I didn’t like

The room was filthy...dirty counters (spilled makeup and sticky cup/glass rongs), dirty mirror, their notepad was even dirty. It appeared something was spilled on it? The television didn't work and the lamp quit working after i plugged in my phone charger. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, even though they had numerous no smoking signs. Staff was very nice, though. To be fair, I didn’t contact the front desk about these issues due to checking in late. I only stayed one night.

Upon entering the room we stayed in I noticed a 2" gap under every room door. This is a fire hazard
and lights your room up at night and also gives you no privacy at all. Took my daughter to the pool to swim only to find out we were swimming in hair and human feces. Totally disgusting! Water didn't smell like chlorine at all. Went to go to bed and my daughter told me to come smell her bed, so I went over and smelled it. It was still soaking wet with urine. The bed linen and the mattress. Went up front and complained. So was moved to another room. He said this happens all the time? I think? He could barely speak any English or understand it. Told them I wanted a refund on my stay and got nothing. Do Not Stay Here. Grab bars were barely hanging on the wall by toilet. Cobwebs in every corner. Room chair looked like someone threw up on it and left it to dry.

Beds comfortable, room adequate. Sketchy tub cleanliness. Breakfast was not as expected. Circles of egg-like substance and sausage shaped pink meat was not tried. Toast and peanut butter was ok.
