Very dusty. Room had not been cleaned for a while. Bathroom wasn’t real clean. Toilet felt like a rocking chair. Refrigerator door did not seal well.

Old French fries on the floor beside bed. Pee on toilet seat. Toilet moved when sat on. Mold in creases of tub

Piss-poor ownership and management
Publié le 13 sept. 2024 sur Hotels set the room up for a relative to stay and prepaid. They asked for a separate deposit for incidentals, which I understand, booked the room for one night, then extended two more nights- they captured another 100 dollars a second time, THEN charged my card an additional 57 dollars. When I called and questioned the charge, they denied it and hung up on me, then proceeded to be belligerent to my relative upon checkout.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was nice to have a refrigerator. The odor of cleaning supplies or something was strong. And the sink drain was slow, toilet was loose and leaking at the bottom and the shower curtain was loose.
