We felt the room was only suitable as a single we would not have been able to bring in our suitcases in luckily we were only staying overnight and were able to manage. Also the bedside lamp nearest the door had no light bulb something I only found out when I was ready for bed.

I'm sorry that you found the room small and that the light bulb was missing, We do have larger rooms and I regret that I had not noticed the missing bulb but it has been replaced Thanks you for letting me know.

A really lovely B&B. It was so peaceful. Tori and Jules couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely stay there again.

Poor Housekeeping
Publié le 23 mai 2023 sur HotelsThe first day there was no heat and we were unable to find anyone to turn it on. The entire building was cold including our room. Our sheets were not changed the entire time we were there eventhoug they needed it. The bathroom was not cleaned the entire stay. All that was done as far as houskeeping is to make the bed and replenish coffee cups.

I am so sorry to read your review and I regret that you felt that way about your 3 night stay with other members of your family. I have spoken to the housekeepers and the reported back that you all seemed to be happy and had a good raport with you all during your stay. My housekeepers met you everyday and none of the above had been mentioned to them. They freshen up the bathrooms and rooms everyday. We normally change linen after 4 nights but will change more frequently if asked. Again, I am sorry that you felt disappointed with your stay.

Lovely home in a valley of sheep. Amenities were very good. Food and service also good. Great stop on our journey from Cardiff to Holyhead to catch a ferry.
