The villa was large and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is very good. An international à la carte restaurant would have been appreciated, but there was only an asian à la carte restaurant. The other restaurant only served a buffet. Only 2 restaurants were open during our stay instead of 4.

Plage propre et agréable, service de plage impeccable, personnel très attentionné et souriant, endroit reposant. Un GM peu souriant et peu aimable qui devait prendre exemple sur ses employés.

prise en charge par les hotels au départ des speed boats de nha trang. traversée gratuite. voiturettes à l arrivée vous deposent à l hotel. super piscine, buffet excellent. clim réglée à 24 minimum dans la chambre

Séjour parfait pour détente en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le dévouement du personnel et la propreté du site. Un bémol cependant: les nuisances sonores dues aux travaux.

séjour du 15 au 20 décembre. avec enfants de 3 ans et 8 ans? une de nos filles malade a été vue par le doc de l'hôtel ! personnel trés attentionnés ! des gens sur qui on peut compter et demander des services sans qu'ils rechignent ! ils ont pris en charge la perte de mes bagages de l'aéroport et je les en remercie ! mois de décembre avec un temps qui n'a pas permis de profiter su aparc aquatoque !dommage ! les enfants ont adorés la salle de jeux vidéos, le waterworld, le kid's club du resort !

Finding the place was a disaster. If only they answer their phones at reception, it may have helped. Every time I ordered a meal or drink I was declined and forced to walk up to reception who couldn’t understand a word I was saying in English. The place is full of cameras which scan your face even to sit down at dinner. Kind of like being in Brave New World story by Mr Huxley! Aside from the above, the hotel, its location and pool is amazing and absolutely stunning. The food in buffet was a a 10/10. The bar staff need a personality and some lessons. Nothing worse than sitting down for a quiet mojito and being greeted by a mute 🤐 With a little more personality and professionalism this place would be an easy 5 star. Perhaps take a leaf out of the friendly and charismatic hotels in the Pacific Islands like Fiji.

The resort is wonderful. We traveled with two children aged 9 and 6, and the facilities are great. Buggy and cable cars are very convenient. Medical centre at the resort was handy. Vin Wonders theme part is excellent. On check in there was an issue with our room, mixed up with a friend, but it was sorted the next day. Only downside is staff don’t speak great English, so the transfer we booked from the resort to the airport never showed and we almost missed our flight. Be sure to get everything in writing where both sides understand - we didn’t get the transfer back in writing, only paid at reception, and there was no record on the morning. Staff did pay for our taxi to the airport (driver was amazing, he got us there on time).
