Owners were very welcoming. The water pressure was weak worst shower I’ve ever taken. Room very cold hard to regulate the temperature in the room. Linen was not comfortable and did not smell inviting. Blind in the bathroom broken no privacy. Outside seating by the River unkept cob webs dirty. Parking lot was being paved had to park on the motel lawn. For the money we paid it was a big disappointment! Place was out dated needs remodeled.

Thank you, Charmaine, for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we noticed that you did not report any issues during your stay. As mentioned before, the water outage was due to an unexpected main line break, which we worked quickly to resolve within 30 minutes. The water pressure returned to normal immediately after.Regarding the room temperature, each room is equipped with a brand-new PTAC heating and air conditioning unit. We're sorry if there was any difficulty in adjusting it to your comfort; however, if you had asked our crew, we would have been happy to assist you in setting the temperature. We also have designated smoking areas outside to ensure the comfort of all our guests.We apologize if the linens were not up to standard during your stay. This is certainly not the norm, Why you did not report that immediately? You mentioned cobwebs by the river, but we are unsure what you are referring to as we regularly maintain that area and haven’t encountered this issue. However, we will inspect the space again to ensure everything is in proper order.As for the bathroom, it features tented privacy glass and does not have blinds. We believe there may have been some confusion, but we assure you the privacy glass is designed to provide complete privacy.You arrived on the day we had blocked the parking in front of the rooms due to driveway renovations, but parking was still available on the motel property, just not directly in front. Before you check in We did offer you a refund if you wished to leave as no parking in front the rooms but you chose to stay.We paved our parking lot to improve the experience for future guests, and we appreciate your understanding during this necessary upgrade.Since you were unhappy with your experience, for your convenience, we will ensure that you will not be able to book our motel in the future.Thank you for your stay, and we value your input as it helps us make continuous improvements.As a heads-up, Monday Sept 2, 2024, was our last day of the season, and we’ll be reopening in May 2025. We loved the feel of an old motor court motel and it was comfortable and clean but desperately needs updating. The price and the River view was very nice..

Quiet and comfortable

Owner, Kathy, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The building is older, but comfortable. Very nice stay. Would definitely stay again.

Centrally located between the Falls and Buffalo... Easy to get around. Locations outside the Falls Center are iffy. Lots of history in the area. Wine tours and antiques.... Motel has a pool, rooms are old, but usable. You can get pizza/subs delivered from nearby. Support local.

A very comfortable room, bed, plenty of hot water. Owners very friendly and helpful. Brings back memories of traveling with our parents when we were kids. Would definitely stay here again.
