Excellent location, nice staff, beautiful view from the Fall View rooms. Depature of the Niagara Falls boat cruise in the mist 3 minutes from the Crown Plaza. Beautiful view from the restaurant. Breakfast Buffet is served in the 10th Floor panoramic restaurant. It is far cheaper to prebook breakfast with the room rather than taking it on the last minute. Hotel quite outdated but renovation is on its way. Excellent bedding. Good value for a fallsview hotel in Niagara Falls.

Deco un peu vieillot, tapis des coridors vieux et odorants, mais la chambre est propre et belle vu sur les chutes

It was wonderful, my family and I liked our stay in the hotel, our trip to Niagara falls was as expected and planned. The view from our room was sublime. In addition there is a package to access waterpark with reduced price and we could access from hotel directly (same building). I didn't like that parking is paying,

Svp ne perdez pas votre argent et votre temps, allez donc directement et simplement dans un Motel, parce que c'est un motel avec ascenseur dans un bon emplacement. Mauvaise odeur, on entend les voisins des autres chambres la nuit, les fenêtres semblables aux hublots d'avion, la vue est nulle etc
