Trop chère payer pour la qualité de chambre et aussi la grandeur de la chambre. Tapis déchiré et sale, meuble de lavabo très instable. Chambre vraiment dû à être rénové au grand complet. Très important de prendre une chambre rénovée et ce même si le prix est un peu plus élevé sinon vous serez très déçue.

Excellent location, nice staff, beautiful view from the Fall View rooms. Depature of the Niagara Falls boat cruise in the mist 3 minutes from the Crown Plaza. Beautiful view from the restaurant. Breakfast Buffet is served in the 10th Floor panoramic restaurant. It is far cheaper to prebook breakfast with the room rather than taking it on the last minute. Hotel quite outdated but renovation is on its way. Excellent bedding. Good value for a fallsview hotel in Niagara Falls.
