The Good: The woman who helped us check in was THE BEST!! Kudos on the efficiency and anticipating needs/questions. Really friendly too - well done.
The Opportunities: The room however is a little dated looking with messy finishes and could be cleaner - great view but the sink doesn’t drain. Could be better considering the cost for a night.

Perfect location! The hotel was very busy and the elevators took a long time to reach the 40 th floor. I think the parking fees were excessive-$70 to self park, $100 for valet per night.

The beds were not luxury by any means. Thin and unsupportive, we could feel every spring. The toilets are exceptionally low to the ground. Even our youngest barely fit. 4 elevators plus a cargo elevator is not enough for the amount of guests this hotel holds. Especially during the breakfast rush. Having to wait 20-25 minutes while watching the elevator pass your floor repeatedly was very frustrating.
Beautiful view of the falls, great location to the falls. Staff was always pleasant and friendly.
Breakfast was mediocre for such a pricey hotel. Home2Suites serves a better variety and also surpasses freshness over this hotel.
Would we stay again? Maybe, at a friendlier price.
