Great Niagra Falls Family Trip
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property’s location is amazing. A short walk to the falls, the aquarium, and restaurants. You can even see the nightly fireworks out of the window. The hosts were super communicative and the property was very clean and comfortable!

Convenient but invasive owner.
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was as described. It was in walking distance to the falls and the rainbow bridge. The owner lives on premises and is very invasive. Cameras are everywhere . She went outside and literally reprimanded my husband for talking outside with another guest staying in another unit because it was past 10pm. They were just talking about things to do in the area. I also received an email reminding me of the 10pm curfew. The area of the American side is very run down and the walks were not pleasant. I also witnessed bums in the ally in the trash cans. As i said the apartment was nice and clean but the owner was a bit much for us.

Regarding the concerns you raised, we would like to clarify that our property is located in the City of Niagara Falls, which enforces a quiet hour’s ordinance from 10 pm to 8 am. No curfew. This is to ensure that all guests, especially families with children, can enjoy a peaceful stay. We regret any inconvenience caused by our reminders, but they were sent in response to a noise complaint from another guest.
As stated in our listing, we do have surveillance cameras in common areas for the safety of all our guests. We only review footage when necessary, such as when we receive complaints about disturbances.
Our goal is to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our house rules. We appreciate your husband’s apologies for being intoxicated and loud in the middle of night.
While we cannot control the surrounding area, we do take great care to maintain our property to a high standard.
Thank you again for choosing our property, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

It truly is in walking distance from anything you would need or want to do. If you are elderly and or dont want to walk...you can park in parcades!!! The upstairs apartment was a little warm. The temps were very high but over all comfortable.

Free (summer only) shuttle a 2 minute walk away, but we ended up walking as things were so close. 15 to 30 minute walk to all falls viewpoints on the US side and the the Canadian side of the Rainbow Bridge. Host reached out a couple times to insure that we had no issues and responded quickly to any questions we had. P

Great location and friendly management
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay at Niagara at this location. The space is nice, up to date, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare our meals. The falls are a short walk away - under 15 minutes to the Maid of the Mist / Observation Tower if you follow the path from the Aquarium / Niagara Gorge Discovery Center. We also walked across to the Canada side (bring your passports!) and viewed from over there as well. We would visit again!

We had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend this location to all! This was my first VRBO experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!!
