Newly Updated House Quiet neighborhood
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable and everything inside seems to be newly updated. In a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room outside for our dogs. Less than 10min from all the attractions.

Short stay
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe communication from the host was terrible. I had to message them and ask if there was a key or an entry code and their reply was we will send the code later. Check in time came and I still hadn't heard anything so I had to message and wait. Upon arrival the front yard was not mowed and littered with liquor bottles, pop cans, and food trash that I picked up. The listing said washer and dryer were available, this is not accurate. When I messaged the host and asked about access I didn't recieve a reply. I suggest bringing your own towels- they only give every guest one for the visit and no wash clothes. Had we known this we would have packed our own. The house is about 10 minutes from the Maid of the Mist.

Fine stay pricey
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was fine to stay but hidden fees weren’t disclosed up front about pet fee and use for washer and dryer. Also while updated finishing the furniture all needs replaced. Neighborhood was fine but the front yard hard broken car glass which made us nervous. Overall fine but in my opinion too much money for what it offered.

Enjoyed the Falls

Interior of house was updated, but the grass was over a foot high so we couldn’t walk dogs in it, there was broken glass on front porch, storm door was broken, and dishwasher hose wasn’t connected so leaked on floor and couldn’t use. No hooks at all for towels in bathroom. Can tell the house is loved but needs a few fixes to make stay less inconvenient.

Small but efficient
Publié le 1 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayNice neighbors. Very close to the falls and several restaurants. Hyde park is very close. Back yard fence is NOT secure! There is no gate to have a complete enclosure. The house has everything you could need though, unless owner fixes the fence don’t rent it for the backyard like we did
