Beautiful spot , great view, things to do in town shopping, bakeries, Art Park, restaurants. Hotel could use some touch ups and updates in maintenance efforts. Clean and comfortable.

Great place and location
Our stay was great. Very friendly staff, especially the girl that checked us in. I wish I got her name but she was working 2nd shift, glasses with short curly hair. She was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I highly recommend this place.

This is tough because it was mostly very good but it did have a a weird vibe. Like it felt like it could be the hotel from The Shining but with a 90s remodel. Pros: - Staff was pleasant and checkin was quick - Location near the river was picturesque - Parking was convenient for me but I think it could be confusing, especially at night. - Room was clean - Decor is dated but in decent shape Cons (it’s almost all the bathroom): - The bathroom was really large but poorly laid out. I think it was ADA compliant bur wasn’t marked as specifically handicap. - There is no countertop at all in the bathroom - There are 2 switches (side by side) and they both do the same thing. Literally. Not a problem on its own but a big red flag. (Handyman electrician) - I woke up to the sound of falling water and upon investigation, water was running out of the ceiling and raining onto the floor. It wasn’t collecting on the floor at the same rate so it must have been leaking into the basement but it did splash all over. - No exhaust fan - The window in the room was sealed shut. In a fire, it would be very hard to get out.

Right on the Niagara River on the edge of the village. Great pub/restaurant within a few hundred feet. Loved the rooms.

If you book this hotel ot, I highly recommend you only book a room on the top floor, 4. We stayed in room 300 for 2 nights and the noise mostly the walking in the room above us was awful! View from room was great, it could have been cleaned a bit better, but nothing terrible. I bring Lysol and cleaning wipes so I can wipe down areas. The tub did not look like it had been cleaned. There us a bar, butno bartender so you can’t utilize it. They also only clean the rooms every 3 days, but you can request towels etc at front desk. This is put in your room key pouch on a small piece of paper. If not for the horrendous noise from room above, I rate it higher. Take my advice, you’ll thank me!

The room was spacious and well maintained. The hotel was centrally located with a beautiful river view. Local restaurants and shopping was within walking distance and the staff was extremely courteous.

Lewiston is such a cute town and the hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to Canada from the hotel.
