Fantastic view of the Falls. Lovely atmosphere. Walking distance to falls. Lovely walk to diners and shops.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. Inside is so dated. It's no different from a motel. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Also, the bed linen werent clean so I had to call room service then waited about 40 minutes for it be change. This place is not clean.

Check in was horrible. They changed the room as an upgrade. Room with a view. View of the parking lot. Room wasnt ready. No towels. Not clean. Very sub standard room. Offered free parking. 50.00 which wasnt disclosed when booking. Breakfast in the morning was late. Everything about this hotel is wrong.

In room refrigerate still had food from the previous people who stayed, room floor not vacuumed, recommend not walking without shies or flip flops, comforter had a stain.

I loved where it was located and Charlie the "belle" person was awesome! I was not fully happy due to the parking cost and found the room to have a musty odor. It was not really updated and even the drapes works not fully close so was awake soon as sun came up. We also found the dining was okay but enraging really pricey. We get it is tourist area but no perks at hotel were a bummer!
