Thanks for staying with us. Let you know Ms Juilee when you call on front same time manager go your room 217 and personally check she cant find on the bed anythings. after your boyfriend ya brother who ever come he also no find. so why you blame hotel staff. we dont have any housekeper here so they still your stuff for 10 jacket .

Llegué tarde muy cansada quería descansar y el empleado que me atendió me decía que no tenía mi habitación paga y venía con otro grupo grande que tenían 5 habitaciones rentadas y también le dijo que faltaba el pago de una habitación le tocó venir a otra persona después de 40 minutos nos dieron las llaves aparte de las habitaciones que nos dieron la mitad tenían los baños sucios la mía estaba orinada toda la pata de verdad no recomiendo este hotel ni a mi peor enemigo es asqueroso

the reason you had to wait is because expedia never put the virtual credit card numbers in 2 of your reservations, we had to go and find them on their site to get payment to check you in. your complaint should be with them, it was not hotels fault.

The owner of the property was genuinely nice and accommodating. Gave us suggestions on sightseeing. Breakfast was especially good and abundant. Slept like a baby on the pillows.

website said it was a 12 minute walk to niagara falls. we had to drive because it was over 8 miles away. the room had 2 queen beds but could not walk into the room and put down over luggage. we could not walk between the beds. the door to the bathroom and the outside door keep hitting each other because the doors were too close.

no website says the falls in walking distance from this motel. the doors are where they have to be to cover the bathroom and entrance to room

Property location is in nice spot. Needs friendly smile with some local tourist spot knowledge.

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of commitment to keeping their rooms clean and sanitary. Shower was not cleaned and had dirty hair and soap suds in it. When we told the hotel staff, we were given a new room. Which was even worse. When getting ready for bed, my family and I noticed women's hair under the comforter on both queen beds, in addition to stains and marks on the bed sheet. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Read reviews before booking!

We are not able to resolve any issues a guest might have, after they have chosen to sleep in the room. We would always relocate a guest if the rooms are available, but we have to be notified that the guest is unsatisfied immediately. It is very important to us to address these sorts of issues right away and to ensure that you are able to enjoy the rest of your stay. All the best on your future travels!
