Thanks for staying with us.Hotel not dirty. we take care every single spot after 11.00 oclock not before. Because before customer checkout they dripping coffe juce ext.so allways we keep clean hotel after customer checkout.

Subject: Response to Your Recent Feedback and ConcernsDear [Customer's Name],I understand you’ve had some concerns regarding your recent stay at our hotel. I’d like to address a couple of points you raised:1. TV Setup: It appears there was some confusion regarding the setup of the smart TV in your room. I need to clarify that the TV in your room is fully functional. you don't know how to use it and It appears you are having difficulty operating it and accessing the antenna channels. It's a smart TV not like your Home TV.2. Bathroom Sink Handle: Regarding the sink handle issue, We promptly addressed and resolved the situation as soon as it was reported. note that the sink handle came off because of your wife, she pulled hardly, there is no issue in our hotel that's all your faultour hotel more better and luxurious than your home and You had time to leave a review; in that same amount of time, or even less, you could have resolved these issues directly instead of complaining about themDon't leave this kind of bad review; just keep your mind before leaving words.regards,Sangeeta,Hotel Manager.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was adequately helpful, though not proactive in offering suggestions and solutions. One major irritant was the absence of an electrical outlet on one side of the bed, so only one person could plug in their electrical devices overnight. The rooms were clean but on the smaller side. This is fine for a couple but certaintly not enough space if you have kids in your party. The price was on the higher side.
