Good place to stay since it's super close to clifton hill with enough places to dine. The room was clean with a good layout but the ac was loud as heck..

Nice hotel overall
Posted Sep. 4, 2024 on HotelsMy stay was overall great. The hotel is nice and the staff is very nice and helpful. It is just a block to Clifton or across the street and about a 10 min walk to the falls. However, it's not as sound proof as other hotels I've stayed in...I could hear ppl using the ice machine down the hall and around the corner all night. I also could hear ppl revving their engines on the street all night. I could also do with bigger towels... I'd say the bath towels were smaller than average. The other weird thing that happened, which was particularly my fault was that I booked the trip originally as one night, then decided to add a night. Well, hotels.com did not have my room option available by then but Expedia did so I booked the other night there. Well once I got to the hotel they couldn't just merge the reservationd , I had to checkout the next day and check back in, which was super easy but still took time and was weird. Also, parking at the hotel is $25 a day!! And no breakfast. So, it's kind of a nickel and dime you situation in Niagara falls.

The property had a noticeable odor throughout, which was quite unpleasant. Although there were available parking spots onsite, we were instructed to park two blocks away from the hotel. The towels provided were dirty, and the beds were uncomfortable, which significantly affected our stay.
