Publié le 5 janv. 2022 sur HotelsEtablissement tout neuf . La reception est sans vie et sans âme , ce qui ferait passe l hotel de lugubre. La personne l accueil lors de mon arrive froide limite désagréable et qui sentait l alcool.Et aucun mènera de fait lors de mon séjour dans la chambre.
Des plus l hotel de propose aucun service de restoration sur place ce qui est assez négatif

We will be addressing these issues with the staff to ensure this will not happen to any future guests. Our restaurant not being open is a disappointment to all, but our front office staff is always available to provide alternative options for any time of day. Absolutely beautiful experience. We needed an accessible room with a roll-in shower and it was honestly our best experience at a hotel EVER. The bed was lower at a great height. Light switches were placed well. Bathroom had adequate grab bars and sturdy shower chair. No complaints about our room or the lobby area. Exterior was clean and beautiful. One thing needs improvement, accessibility to the parking lot behind the building. Curbs blacked wheeling a wheelchair to the car meaning that taking the sidewalk to the end, pray a var wasn't blocking the ramp to the asphalt and then wheel all the way back up to the car parking area near the building. We loved our 4 night stay and had a fantastic time.

This property in very good location so you can walk around and you do not need car. Only one problem I had with this property is when you come in to check in there was no one to check you in. I had to wait for 30 minutes on till till someone came in to check you in. Little strange

Nice Hotel
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsCame for a weekend getaway. Hotel is very clean and new. The room was nice and the king sized bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom was large and shower pressure was great. Hotel is easily within walking distance to the falls. Breakfast at the hotel was fine, though a bit of a wait for our meal. Free parking and easy parking access in and out. Room was quiet during our stay and seems to appeal to couples rather than family. I would stay here again!

Experiencia en Niagara falls Voco hotel
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsLa experiencia en general no fue buena, la habitación muy pequeña éramos dos adultos y un niño y fue muy incomodo, tal vez para una persona o rentar una habitación mas grande. No hay closet, solo una pared con cilindros, la puerta del baño corre sobre un lavabo pequeño es decir si sales del baño le pegas a quien este usando el lavabo. El colchón incomodo.
No había nadie en recepción cuando llegamos, cuando apareció fue amable.
El restaurante pequeño y no había quien coordinara las mesas.La comida buena.
La limpieza buena es un hotel moderno, minimalista.
Pedimos unas toallas extras y nos contestaron que bajáramos por ellas.
No disponible late checkout.
Ubicación buena aunque hay mas cercanos al parque. 10-15 caminando al parque estatal.

The hotel was clean, the employees were very kind, and the rooms were very nice. My only complaint is that even though I pre-paid for our room they still charged a $250 “security deposit” upon check in which I was not expecting because it did not state that anywhere in my booking. That is a VERY large amount to be charged unexpectedly (it was MORE than the actual cost of the room). Since we used our debit card that is attached to our checking account this unexpected charge significantly reduced the amount of spending we could do in the area. The concierge stated we would get it back after check out, but it could take up to 10 days!!!!

Hi Amber! We do send out a welcome letter to all of our guest informing them about parking and the 250.00 deposit. As we know it is an extra charge, we do not want to surprise our guest with, and we try our best to make our guest aware before check in. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. It is designed for younger people and families. There is only 1 accessible room for those who need it.
They seem to overbook a lot. So, double check to make sure you get the room you purchase.
I need an accessible room and they booked it, after I had, so I got a room with a shower and bathtub I could not use. The staff was very nice and the restaurant is nice with a very limited menu.
