Chambre avec vue des appareils de climatisation. Donc les fenêtres tjs fermés.

Publié le 5 janv. 2022 sur HotelsEtablissement tout neuf . La reception est sans vie et sans âme , ce qui ferait passe l hotel de lugubre. La personne l accueil lors de mon arrive froide limite désagréable et qui sentait l alcool.Et aucun mènera de fait lors de mon séjour dans la chambre.
Des plus l hotel de propose aucun service de restoration sur place ce qui est assez négatif

We will be addressing these issues with the staff to ensure this will not happen to any future guests. Our restaurant not being open is a disappointment to all, but our front office staff is always available to provide alternative options for any time of day. We hope you come back to visit soon, so you can see all of the changes we will be making over the course of the winter season!

The agent at the front desk when we arrived was the MOST wonderful, helpful person. She was kind and did everything she could possible do for us. It was much appreciated.

Old and smelly

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get us into a room. After getting to our room we noticed an odd musty odor. The pillows and sheets smelled like mildew. The sheets and towels were so
scratchy and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel clean at all. The hotel does have an amazing restaurant. The food was outstanding. But honestly I was so glad we only had to stay there for 1 night. I would have found a different hotel otherwise.

Location OK, not great.
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWas expecting a much higher end hotel, with space and comfort. Rooms were small not even enough room for a sofa, only a single chair. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean, with a newish decor. No closet, and the door to the mini fridge and microwave were blocked by the sliding bathroom door when it was open. Not much space to store luggage either, fortunately there was a drawer on either side of the bed underneath. The hotel was only three floors, no good views of the city or anywhere near the falls. Staff was not always available at the front desk.

The staff, especially front desk check in/out and the dining room were an absolute pleasure to interact with. Will definitely plan to stay here when I next visit the area.

Our stay at niagara Falls

Sir, you booked TWO windowless rooms because it was less expensive and the only rooms that was available when you made your last-minute reservation on a sold-out weekend. If you didn't want to stay in a room without a window, you probably shouldn't have reserved it. Just a thought...
