Staff were very helpful, especially the lady from LA. Hotel was apparently fully booked and there were some shortages of breakfast foods. The room appeared dated but was clean and bed was comfy the people above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night. Walls are thin . Overall, I may stay there again if back to the Falls.

The main reason I chose this hotel over others is because it's the only one that had a free breakfast and a microwave. Wasn't as bad as I feared. We were given one of the nicer rooms. Rooms are soundproof, though you can still hear people in the hallway! I've also never been given so many towels. There were a few minor issues though. The last guests' trash wasn't taken out, and we had some issues with the toilet and sink. Also, be careful with the refrigerator, because it freezes your stuff. House keeping is on request only. I love that they have a bag storage area. Breakfast is too crowded and there is no privacy at all! Only went once! One safety issue, there is a sign in the elevator that says, "In case of fire, take the stairs", yet there are so signs anywhere indicating where the stairs are. If there was a fire, I wouldn't know how to get out. Location wise, it's right on the edge of where the sketchy neighborhood starts, but everything going towards the falls is fine. The hotel is located within walking distance from the falls, tourist district, oldest buildings, and the free shuttle. My one complaint about the location is the lack of a grocery store and amount of Indian restaurants. It's like they don't have any other people living or visiting here. At least the hotel has a small store where you can buy drinks and snacks. There's also vending machines, but they're expensive, finicky and don't take large bills.

Key cards don't always work correctly on the door so you end up having to walk around the long way. The layout is kind of weird. Looks like the floor is busting apart on the first floor hallway jetting out of the West entrance of the building. Awkward smell in the hallway looks like might just be from sweat of other people

It was a nice quiet stay at this hotel for the weekend. The only downside is the walls aren’t noise proof so if you’re stuck with a loud neighbor then good luck

Front desk staff were great very friendly and helpful. Pool was very cloudy, there was a lot of dust on the cross bars for the legs of the furniture and underneath edges of the bed also floors in the room were dirty feet were dirty from walking on them.
