Staff were very friendly, went out of their way to help! Dining room staff also extremely friendly! Overall there were no complaints!

Our dog loved it.
Posted Aug. 19, 2024 on HotelsWas very impressed by the pet friendly hotel. Even had a large grassy area behind the hotel thats not in any of the pictures on there website. We received a doggy bag with treats from the hotel staff. Hotel was clean and staff was really nice. Made our stay very enjoyable.

The property is fine. But if you want to visit Niagara on the lake is like 12 km. away. Not very convenient.

Provided a lot of intimate places indoor / out to just sit a read a book , have a drink or eat in a friendly atmosphere .

The room itself had no glassware or bottle opener. The hotel is in Ontario wine country. A deposit of $40 was required to borrow 4 wine glasses from the bar. Ridiculous.

Stayed here to attend tours of wineries and for close proximity to shopping outlets. Staff were phenomenal and the room was comfortable and clean.
