Excellent location downtown, nearby restaurants and boutiques. The room we had was small but comfortable. It is a new kind of B & B with invisible hosts.

Le personnel était attentionné! Petit détail mais tellement important à mes yeux, il y avait de la crème pour le café, dans le frigo de la chambre! Pas de poudre colorante.....merci!

We enjoyed are stay here both this year and last. However when it came to receiving breakfast this time the host only supplied enough for one person. When we looked at our neighbours tray compared to ours we noticed a big difference. We contacted them by text and phone and received no reply. We like the location it's very close to everything that Niagara on the Lake has to offer.

We are perplexed by what happened with the breakfast tray this morning and sincerely apologize. An alternate number to use for contacting us by text was included in self check in details for this weekend. In the future we will make sure that is clearer for our guests. We have followed up with you privately as well.

The location was great for easy walking but the stairs to the room were very steep and difficult to carry luggage. This was not a typical B and B because it was very impersonal: no one to greet you, no Breakfast area to meet others, just a continental breakfast tray left outside your room which did not have a table or chairs to use. I would not recommend this for anyone who has trouble with steep stairs or who enjoys the social aspect of a typical Band B.

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our Expedia page outlines all of our services accurately; our direct website is much more in depth for those looking for details. Guests are provided with a door code (this information is under special check in instructions in the Expedia Policies section as well as in our welcome messages), which makes arriving on their own schedule more convenient. Expedia lists breakfast as "Free on-the-go". We serve a tray of Continental Breakfast items and fresh brewed coffee to the guest room door quietly at 8am daily; this is covered in our internal messages when the reservation is confirmed. Guests are welcome to enjoy breakfast in our dining lounge, which provides opportunity to meet other travellers.We live on property and are happy to help with anything and include a private number for questions or requests in the check in details.
