It is a beautiful property that easily accomodated our group of 6 people. The place was clean and very well equipped. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but when we were there, it was incredibly comfortable - a real ‘home away from home’. Communications with the owner were very clear and the handbook that was left for guests answering pretty much any question we could have had was very helpful. I would highly recommend and would happily stay here again when in town.

Perfect stay!

Peace of Mind
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayFantastic stay, the property is lovely, the jacuzzi was an absolute bonus and the peace of mind of having a secure, fully fenced property, was amazing. I can honestly say, I feel our dogs had just as much fun as us humans did!!

We are very confused by this review as it is not accurate and unfortunately Kim did not communicate any concerns or issues with us until this review. The review from the Muggles family with a dog who stayed right after this guest stay reflects the true state of our home, backyard and fence. They checked in on the same day Kim checked out and provided comments that our house was excellent and that the fenced yard was secure and perfect for their dog. We always try to maintain the high quality of our home. The yard is fenced. One note for future guests is to to ensure you check the gate has securely closed when you close it. We recommend pushing on the gate after closing to ensure it is securely closed. We can only guess perhaps Kim did not check to ensure the gate was securely closed.
Unfortunately, Kim did not message us during her stay of any concerns. We like our guests to let us know immediately if any concerns to enable quickly assisting and addressing. We do our best to both assist and address. We also provide our direct mobile contact information to our guests. This can be for any issues as well as for areas of interest, restaurants, wifi, etc.
We hope this response assists future guests especially those with their dog who our looking to choose our home.
