Bad experience
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsWhenever I schedule it says that was a smoking room, than it give me an option to request a nonsmoking room, but when I checking that wasn’t a nonsmoking room available, that was very bad, that was the most disgusting experience ever, sorry but I don’t have any other way to discribe my stay.

As soon as I walked in the room there was a nasty smell. I picked a non-smoking room and all i could smell was cigarettes, a musty smell and the bathroom was outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were ants in the bathroom. I booked for 2 nights but checked out early morning the following day because I woke up to two cockroaches on the wall. I was absolutely mortified. I would never come here again.
