The property had an EV charger which was very helpful as we rented an EV car. The location was excellent - right near a freeway entrance, Costco, local shops, etc. Exercise equipment could use an upgrade, breakfast was simple with some fresh fruit, waffle maker, breakfast breads, yogurt, etc. Staff were helpful.

Bad night shift
Room was fine clean and stocked- however the service of the front desk night shift. Something was going on with couples/other stayers from 2-4am I tried calling the front desk 3 times and no one picked up- because of the situation we didn’t want to leave the room to go down for safety but the male who we passed when we came back was just on his phone. Another stayer female tried to chime in to tell the issue couple/drunk male but he was very disrespectful back which one the big reason I tried to call front desk too. But no one answered: between that for hours, slamming, yelling and then knocking on our door too. I told the front desk in the morning and they took down the times I called and said they would talk to their boss. We will see about what comes back. Bad service on the night shift front desk if something bad was actually going on that cops were needed

We arrived at 8 pm after calling and advising as to our late arrival. We were tired from traveling and were extremely disappointed and uncomfortable when we entered a room that was 61° with ice cold sheets, one thin quilt and a very slow to heat up heating unit. Took us forever to fall asleep the night before our one day with our young grandsons. The morning after Christmas breakfast was missing most of the offerings - no waffles, no milk for cereal, only grape jelly for a toasted English muffin. No yogurt, apples were mealy and not fresh. No issues were remedied.
