Very helpful and welcoming staff. Many options for eating around although mostly fast food restaurants. The Tram station is literally a few meters away. The tram takes you to the center of the city in 5 minutes, only 2 stations away. The same tram takes you to the airport, only with one transfer which. Coffee and bottle of waters at your discretion all day long. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony which it was very nice. Small but clean room. Comfortable bed. I did not pay extra for the breadfast since the tours I took started earlier. I would stay again.

Great but wouldn't say 4*
We had a really nice stay, it was only used as a base so was fine but room was small so not so luxurious, however bed and pillows were very comfortable. description says robes and slippers but we had to ask and still didn't get robes. Front desk staff were all really professional and friendly and location was really good. Would say its a great stay for the price.

The saving grace of this stay was the hotel staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful. For sure this is not a 4 star hotel however the beds where comfortable but is missing coffee maker or a kettle The hotel employs a strong air freshener throughout the room the intensity of the scent was overwhelming . combined shampoo and soap products. No space for a meeting or conference call.Location is at the end or the main road where all the stores are problem is that everything closes early and the neighborhood at night gets a little sketchy. Overall the hotel works good for a short stay .

The coffee machine was convenient and always available, I would add the breakfast option for my next stay. Good distance from the train station and walking distance to almost everywhere in Nice (Age 32) We will stay here again if/when we do another short stay in Nice.

I can't believe I found this property and last minute at that. It is located literally in the center of everything yet you can sleep to peace and quiet every night. It is very clean, AC works perfectly, and it's easy to get everywhere. I wish I could rate it even higher. Highly recommended if you're ever in Nice. You don't need to even use the bus anywhere, everything is near by.

Stayed here for 3 nights. First night, fire alarm went off at 1:30am because someone was smoking in their room (according to staff). The last two days, hotel had no hot water due to too much rain (also according to the staff..) I would not recommend this hotel to anyone personally.

Stayed at Hotel 64 Nice and had a great experience, friendly staff and seamless checkin. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Didn’t realise that the breakfast was included which was an added bonus, the breakfast was excellent, small area but everything you would want for breakfast. Free tea and coffee and bottled water all day. Location was very central to the shops and the tram and within walking distance to the promenade. Rooms very clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and I slept very well. We were given the 5th floor balcony room which had amazing views of the below street, a little noisy but it’s in the centre of a busy shopping area and like I mentioned I slept very well. Our flight was an evening flight so we left our luggage until late and again staff were very accommodating . All in all very happy and would highly recommend this Hotel without doubt.

Hotel 64 is in front of the tram station, walking distance to the train station, there is self service laundry in the corner, KFC at the ground floor and a Chinese restaurant across the street. This hotel is in the city center. They provide unlimited cold bottled water and free coffee, tea and hot chocolate at the dining hall. We can also eat our take away food in the dining room. And most of all we loved the newly renovated room, very clean, white bed sheets, big & comfortable pillows, new/white big bath towels. Also they have bathrobes that we did not use but its nice to have one in the room. Free slippers, toiletries and good body gel and hand soap. Receptionists speak English and Hossein was an asset to the hotel. He has high spirit and welcoming and he recommended places to eat and tourist places to go. All staff are very nice including the cleaner. This Hotel is highly recommended.
