Super séjour!
Publié le 3 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayNous avons passé un excellent séjour! L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein coeur du vieux Nice. Le logement est spacieux et accueillant, la cuisine parfaitement équipée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

right in the heart of le Vieux Nice in the medieval building
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe apartment is very nice. The view from the balcony is amazing. It’s been a great experience of staying right in the heart of le Vieux Nice in the medieval building.
The apartment is very clean, renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Air conditioning. It has everything you might need. Two bathrooms with showers are extremely convenient.
Valéry is nice , fast responding host. Definitely recommend.

Val est un hôte exceptionnel et attentif à tous ! Je recommande cet appartement et j’y reviendrai certainement pour mon prochain séjour.

Easy, central place in Nice

Central to most everything and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and transportation. Val is very easy to deal with and responsive. The terrace and second bathroom are a plus.

Central location, apartment ok but noisy

Not as spacious as it looks in the photos and not much thought has gone into equipping the apartment. For example the lighting is too bright in the bedroom and too dark in the kitchen! Cooker in the kitchen is not easy to use, only 1 of 3 spotlights in the shower room were working. AirCon was effective though. So the apartment was OK but not good value for money. .

Well....my dear Paul, to cook you would have had to open the cupboards in which you would have found absolutely everything you needed.
For the light, and as absolutely all my guests discovered it for themselves....you had to press the switch which is a dimmer to choose the intensity of the light.
You know when you leave an apartment with all the lights on....

Perfect vacation in Nice

Lovely apartment
