We so enjoyed the balconies. So much so that we opted to not go out to dinner one night so that we could sit on the balcony to watch the sunset. Communication with the property manager was easy and check in:out was a breeze. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful flat & exceptional view

We had one small issue and the host received the feedback well and remedied the situation. I would love to stay here again.

The unit was clean and as posted on the site.two balconies and two bathrooms were a bonus.

Couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Nice
Publié le 8 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayCondo was amazing in every way. Balconies on both sides with ocean breeze flowing through the entire apartment. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, in a walkable neighborhood only a few minutes form the beach.

Well-appointed, beautiful and comfortable interior with all the amenities. Perfect in every way. I will definitely stay again!

Family trip to Nice

The beds were super comfortable and there were many little touches (speakers/stereo to hook up our iphones, kitchen stocked with basic necessities, ample cookware/dishes/glasses) to make the stay feel like home.
Everything was perfect for us. We needed to stay in Nice for a few extra days due to an unexpected hospital visit and the host made everything easy for us! Viveka met me at the property and helped us get settled in.
We would definitely stay there again.
