I am so sorry one of the toilets failed to flush while you were there but it was fixed immediately when you reported it. You were also not happy with the amount of knives in the apartment so we bought you a full new set of kitchen knives and also an orange juicer which would not be necessary for me to supply in the kitchen. I am very surprised at your comments as you can see from previous reviews many of my clients were delighted at the amount of kitchen accessories there are in the apartment.

Certains éléments du mobilier/literie sont à remplacer et l’installation électrique (y c. radiateurs) est à réviser. Contrairement au descriptif des équipements, le parking est inexistant.

I am so sorry Julien you were disappointed in my apartment, you are the first one ever to say this, the radiators do not need to be used for heating, as the new air conditioning system which was installed last year works for heating as well as cool air conditioning. Comfortable apartment surf side in Nice

The apartment’s windows open to a nice ocean breeze and the cafè directly below is a great place for an afternoon drink or breakfast. We went to the market and cooked Provençal dinners with the well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable for two couples or a small family.

Nice Vacation

Incredivle views!
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here for a week and loved the apartment! The space is just as seen in the pictures and is spotless. The kitchen is well equiped and the apartment is very comfortable overall. We did need to buy toilet paper as they did not leave much, and I would recommend bringing ear plugs and pillow because the bed is not great and there are no extra pillows. The location is awesome and the view is amazing! I would definitely recommend this apartment, and I would happily stay again!

Hi Sandy, thank you for your lovely review. I am so surprised about the ear plugs I have never had anyone suggest they needed earplugs before, was this maybe in rush hour in the morning time? I have instructed my manager Olga to buy new pillows straightaway again as I have never had anyone complain about the pillows before. I am so sorry but so glad you enjoyed your time in my apartment. Great location
Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HomeAwayApartment is in a great location but could be so much better if they updated. Second bathroom towel rail broken and put under basin, shower facet on last legs. All the furniture looks as though it has come from a cheap flea market. The crockery was old and stained.
The blinds in the lounge and dining area are broken so light and noise comes into the apartment.
With a bit more TLC this could be a great apartment

Dear Bruce, I am so sorry the apartment was not to your expectations. You did book an apartment which states it is Provence style, hence the very expensive Provence furniture is to suit the apartment. In the previous hundreds of reviews no one has ever complained of the furniture nor the crockery? Did you take any photos of the stained crockery or did you show these to my manager? You requested an early check in which I obliged, you were given a private car park space at an excellent price? The shutters in the living/dining area were very badly damaged in a storm a few months ago and had to be removed, the new ones are ordered and ready to be installed when I have a free week as this is how long the fitting and decorating etc will take. No one sleeps in this room so the light is not a problem and when the windows are closed there is very little noise. The towel rail was not broken when my previous client was there as I have just checked with him and my cleaners did not notice this on changeover. Again you should have reported this to Olga.
