The villa is located on the hills above Nice and has a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.
It has a nice little garden with a dining area and a seating area. The villa is located in a nice enclosed area with access to the pool area with a larger swimming pool and a smaller children's pool. There is also the possibility to play ping-pong in the pool house. The boulevard is located below the pool area. The pool is shared with others in the area so not private.
The house is on two floors with 3 bedrooms upstairs. In each bedroom there is a double bed (2 assembled beds) which is 190 * 200 cm. Upstairs there is 1 shower room and 1 bathroom, plus a separate toilet. AC in all bed rooms.
On the lower floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with dining area and sofa set. There is an AC in the living room. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. There is also a sofa bed with room for 2 people. There is also a separate toilet on the lower floor.
There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Family holiday in Nice!
Villa Jasmine offered us, a family of 5, a very nice and spacious place to stay, with amazing views on the Mediterranean Sea! We also enjoyed the shared swimming pool very much, as well as the open spaces in the domain to play together. It was wonderful to feel a warm welcome from our hosts, Malin and Jonas, and to get their support to find our way around in the local area!

Truly wonderful
Villa Jasmine is an exceptional property. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with stunning views over Nice. Luxurious is how we described it to our friends and family. The villa is on an exclusive gated complex with a huge pool. There is a boulangerie and small supermarket 10 minutes away and larger supermarkets 15 minutes by car. Uber was especially useful and very cheap. The hosts, Malin and Jonas are exceptional.

The villa is located in the hills of Nice, it’s beautifully arranged and provides stunning views of the French Riviera! Malin and Jonas were great hosts, communication was super easy and check in and out super smooth. It was perfect for our family of 5, with beautiful space to dine and hang out, well equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds, and several bathrooms - with views! Parking spots in front of the house were very convenient. The gated community with pool and pétanque areas made it a safe and fun place for the kids. Thank you both for an amazing stay!

This house was in a nice neighborhood of Nice, although high on the hills but still close to town, market & within 15/20 min of shops & restaurant. Pool area was very clean & a plus for the time of the year (August) we rented the house. The only minor problem was not equipped with central air & only fans in each room. The view from the patio is awesome & we could watch the fireworks all the way at the beach! The kitchen is very nice & equipped with everything needed for daily cooking. I certainly recommend this place if the weather is not too hot.

The property was very comfortable and well appointed from linens to being able to grill and eat on the patio. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. Their gust information book was also very helpful for the first day in town. The views were amazing and the pool relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing holiday home
We had the pleasure of staying at this amazing holiday home in Nice and enjoyed every minute. Communication with Malin and Jonas before and during our stay was absolutely flawless. Jonas was waiting for us at the entrance and showed us where to park the car. (Plenty if space in front of the house) Together with his wife Malin they showed us the house and explained everything we need to know. The house itself is gorgeous. You literally have everything you need (the kitchen is so much better equipped with all the small and useful stuff than ours). 3 Bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of living space. There are 3 seating options where you can literally always enjoy the view over Nice & Sea. The garden is full of flowers and offers a lounge area and a big BBQ. The house is full of art and has some special features (our kids loved the “disco light toilet) The location is lovely- although it is useful to have a car. A small supermarket and a Pizza Car are in walking distance. The pool area is accessible via a few stairs and features a lovely view. I If we would need to mention one negative thing it would be the Sun-beds at the pool area - several of them were broken. But this is something which the owners of beautiful Villa jasmin most likely can’t influence. The check out was as convenient as the check-in. Jonas came even earlier when we informed him that we were already done with packing. To sum it up: Amazing hosts + Beautiful and perfectly equipped house + Great Location = Perfect Vacation!

Sehr schönes Haus 👍
Das Haus liegt über den Dächern von Nizza. Von der Terasse hat man einen grandiosen Blick zum Meer. Die Ausstattung ist top! Es hat nichts, aber wirklich gar nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, allerdings waren 90% der Plastikliegen kaputt. Müssten dringend ersetzt werden! Am Pool darf nicht aus Gläsern getrunken werden und gegessen werden darf auch nicht. Wird man sofort zurechtgewiesen von Bewohnern der Anlage. War das einzig negative Erlebnis dort. Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Bon séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La terrasse est juste exceptionnelle, la piscine est aussi un atout. Petit bémol, si vous voulez aller à la mer, au restaurant... il faut absolument prendre la voiture (ou avoir de bons mollets) les routes sont très raides!

clean, enough space, friendly host ... as expected
we were 2 families with 2 kids each and had enough space for all of us. the hosts gave us a warm welcome and are very nice. the equipment of the house offers everything we needed. a car is recommended but you can go to the city by bus as well ... it just takes more time. all in all a very nice location we would book again.
