Amazing location
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely fabulous location with a wonderful view. We loved sitting in the living room looking out to sea and watching all the comings and goings on the Promenade.
We were on holiday as 2 couples, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The single mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were a bit soft for us as adults but we understand that this will be changed soon.
Frances was great and provided some very helpful tips for activities, restaurants and excursions.
Overall, a wonderful stay!

Perfect Location - nice clean flat
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery easy check-in and check-out with the very synaptic Francis. Perfect location at the promenade. The flat had a room with double bed and another room with two single beds. Every room had it‘s own A/C. Everything was very clean.

Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place right on the promenade, about a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. You are right on the public beach or can use a private section where you can rent beds. Place was very clean, ac worked very well and Frances was great with the check in process .

for it. All in all a great place to stay in Nice. I would definitely stay again.

A lovely trip to Nice

Francine, the property manager was a godsend when our little one got sick and she helped us navigate a doctor coming to the property and then helped us with the pharmacy to get her prescription filled. We enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to the promenade and all that Nice has to offer. We loved our stay. We look forward to returning again and staying there.
