Enjoyed my stay

Rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed and come with efficient and quiet AC. During my first visits I stayed in a room facing front and second time facing back. My preference was the room facing back; I enjoyed the view of the old town and it was quiet. Breakfast was very good too. Looking forward to returning.

As soon as we arrived, Paolo told us everything we needed to know about where to go, what to do and what his favorite restaurants were. His advice served us well.
Breakfast was delicious and the cook was friendly and shared interesting stories.
The room was clean and nicely decorated, but very small. I don’t know where we would have put the luggage if we had not had hand luggage.
The hotel is well located, close to Leder Street, museums, old churches and the bus station.

Both loved here in Cyprus for 5 years but from amazing hospitality, a friendly check in, great breakfast service, to a fantastic room. We absolutely loved it.
The only minor bit of feedback I’d give, is for breakfast team members to ensure guests know what is included in a ‘free’ breakfast, and what isn’t. As this was confusing for us.
The rest absolutely 10\10! Well done! Highly recommend.

Gets the job done

The breakfast that came with the room was good (though service was slow), and the room had a nice balcony. There were some issues with the shower not draining and leaking into the bathroom, and also with the cleaner not refilling the coffee bar one day and then the night staff not being able to locate the replacement cups and coffees - which was annoying because I had an early departure the next morning that I wanted coffee for. Other than that everything was fine.
