非常喜欢这家温泉酒店,酒店为我们免费升级望山别墅,超级舒适,房间宽敞,露台好大好舒服,房间的浴缸泡温泉的体验也特别棒,早餐很丰盛,每位工作人员都特别热情,退房时还送给我们矿泉水、小点心和水果路上吃,太贴心了,下一次一定还会来安岚酒店度假

The Chedi in Ninghai is highly recommended for its location. The multiple villas are all located around the mountains with various views. The property has only 1 main restaurant which primarily caters to the local cuisine. Very little English spoken by the staff and hence difficult for expats to navigate around and had to use Wechat to-communicate. We were fortunate to have Billy Liang's help at the restaurant as he could communicate in English and help us with the food selection.The overall ambience and quality of service does not live up to the Chedi expectation. Feels like a very good investment on Hardware but not enough care taken to provide the right software at this property. Seriously lacking the touch of a quality property which commands a nightly rate of $500 .

Just totally bad service all around especially the front desk Book 8 rooms with 2 lake side 1 Deluxe and 5 Mountain View on behalf of some close business associates convention and turn out to be a total disaster They just don’t know how to cater to our needs The restaurant food was bad and expensive so does the bread too Will never come back period
