Things are improving at Hangzhou Bay hotel!
Publié le 12 mars 2018 sur HotelsMy husband and I stayed at this hotel several times, it was pretty run down and unclean. We decided to give it one final chance with a lake view room. Surprisingly, the service level has improved and the room was quite acceptable. We might go back again based on the standard of this visit.

This is a comfortable hotel and they speak English which helps greatly. Very large breakfast buffet.

Good hotel, good location and good breakfast

Nice but dates

Hotels are hard to find in CiXi City
Publié le 24 avr. 2017 sur HotelsI have stayed at Hangzhou Bay Hotel several times over the years but not for some time. The condition of the hotel was OK but well behind other newer 5 star hotels in other cities. Unfortunately I have been unable to find a great hotel alternative in CiXi City so went back here. Unfortunately there was very little English spoken and the restaurant menu was also Chinese without English. Made for an interesting meal which incidentally was quite OK. Otherwise I would say the hotel was a little tired. Next time I will try to avoid CiXi City altogether.
