とても寛げるロケーションにあり落ち着いて過ごせました 時期的にドックランは閉鎖中でしたが周辺を散策する事ができ、その際に他のワンちゃん、飼主さんと何回ともなく出会い交流の機会を得ました ニセコ宿泊は2度目ですが各地観光のベースとしての立地もあり又利用したいと思います

The rooms are very clean and the laundry is next level; there is a washer AND dryer as one unit in each room so you can put your things in overnight while you sleep and they are clean for the next day! If you want to cook there is a full on kitchen, dishes, stove and fridge in each room as well and Apple TV and good Wi-Fi - anything you could need really
The staff really do go above and beyond. They picked us up from our airport shuttle drop off and they would take us to the mountain every day we needed! They are so accommodating
Not only that, they actually let us store luggage after we checked out for the day until our next rental came up and they even dropped us with our luggage off at our next rental location. Seriously the best experience and service I’ve ever had from a stay facility.
Very fair pricing- probably the best pricing in this town, and I think I will stay here each year now.
Also if you like dogs they have a couple very sweet small dogs in the office. Please help this business thrive everyone; they are really the best.

Thank you so much Devon. What else can we say? I will pass on your positive experience to the front desk team. Just to be transparent with all future guests. Studio rooms do not have full kitchens, they do have an icebox, sink and small cooktop, but I wouldn't say it was a full kitchen. Other apartments, yes. Full kitchen. Please come back anytime!

Good shuttle service to and from the slopes.
We ordered breakfast packs a few days but did not expect it to come as late as it did (after noon) which meant that we did not have any breakfast on the first day of our stay. It would have been nice to know that we should have ordered it a day in advance for it to be available on the next day’s morning.

Generally, guest service requests like breakfast packs are ordered at least 4 days prior to arrival in order to have the groceries delivered to SnowDog Village. I will speak to the Guest Service team or the Front Desk to see how this situation was handled so there is not a shortfall in expectation with yourself or other future guests. All the best!

We loved our stay at SnowDog. The staff was so kind, responsive, and helped us to book ski passes, ski rentals, ski lessons, transportation, and dining during our 5 day stay. It was so nice to have a kitchen set up in our suite, and ski storage and life shuttle service, for such a great price. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

No bus this time, was a very important part of my previous visits.
Very difficult to negotiate surrounding areas.

Fantastic, wonderful staff!! Would love to have an outdoor hot tub, but if it needs/preferred to be solar powered I know it is challenging in the winter. Possibly a welcome beverage in the room and a small selection of tea/coffee for the first day before we had a chance to go shopping?
