Great little place
Posted Jun. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayThe condo was clean and has an excellent view of the lake. The communication was great but I never needed anything, except a fan that we couldn't locate, but I never asked for help. Would definitely book again.

Gull Lake Condo
Posted Jun. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayVery nice condo very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rented a lift for boat which worked out very nice. Docks were very nice. Enjoyed the fire pits and the gas grills are large and worked great.

Weekend getaway
Posted Apr. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayBay Colony was an awesome space for our family of four! Very clean, loved being on the water, and it's conveniently close (5 minute drive) to downtown Nisswa! We will definitely be back!

Quick Stay, Good Location
Posted Apr. 3, 2024 on HomeAwayWe just had a one-night stay, but it was good! I can imagine in the summer how much fun this spot would be. I am a local, but my family gals are not, so they agreed that the spot directly on the water would be enjoyable later in the season. Beds were comfy, unit very clean. Only drawback was the seating in the living room area. It's very small. I noticed that online before eI booked, but knew we weren't spending a ton of time at the unit. There were 4 of us and only 3 spots. Just FYI. Other than that, the location close to Nisswa and then Brainerd just a short drive down the highway made for a great spot for home base.
