Relaxing Retreat

We had planned a shopping trip to Nisswa, Pequot, and Baxter, so the location made access to 371 very convenient. The only issue was the traffic noise from 371. We did not notice it in the evening with the tv on….just early morning. We appreciated having 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds, and soft pillows. Also appreciated the kind person who took our trash to the dumpster for us. The communication with the owner was great. I was contacted via text and email with instructions. I was always asked if I had any questions or requests. Thank you.

Publié le 10 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a nice stay but I would have liked to know that it was as so close to the highway. Also I don’t think the cleaners finished there job. There was still dishes in the dishwasher and there weren’t liners in the garbage can. Also dryer had gravel and lint in it.

Nice area rooms were clean and very nice.

Great Fun
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay. The kids enjoyed playing in the lake and the adults enjoyed sitting and reading by it. We rented a pontoon and that was also a great experience. It was also nice to have our own grill. Overall a great time. Thanks

Beautiful cabin

Not what we expected
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was just as described in the listing as far as a cute up to date getaway.The listing didn't state that the property was right on a very busy highway. The constant speeding and very loud traffic took away the tranquility that one would look for in a lake cabin. The setting of the property is beautiful East Gull Lake and convenient to Nisswa and Brainerd but it was similar to staying at a hotel on a busy road which you would expect but for much less money.
