Family Wedding
Publié le 14 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayUnit was a great location for a family wedding in Nisswa area. Management was easy to communicate with. Unit was clean and in great condition. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful property. Our only issue was the dishes were not clean - we washed them before using them
Publié le 17 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayBecause the guests are required to wash and put away their own dishes when departing, the rental company really should inspect them before the next guest arrives. In most VRBO's, you load the dishwasher, start it and depart. Our dishes were dirty and we had to wash them before using them.

That is NOT our standard of housekeeping at all. I will reach out to the Housekeeping Staff and make certain that issue is corrected. I will also take your suggestion, to have our guests load the dishwasher and start it, and our Housekeeping Staff to empty the dishwasher and put away the dishes. This will make certain that no dishes are put away dirty. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. I certainly hope that you will come back and stay with us again soon. Thank YOU!!!!
