Not happy at all.

I have paid for super dulux room and already Specify that we have Early check in and check out but from 7AM to 12 Noon they gave normal room and i am with my family tgey gave the room having 2 seperate beds. After 12:15 PM to 7 PM they provided the room which we booked no concession. Cattle given in room in super dulux was damage it leaks. And i was with 3 month baby. The bedsheet was damage.
Not happy with this trip.

On your first note, as our standard check in time is 12:00 noon, however we provided you the room, even there was no possibility in the early morning, finally we have switched you in your booked room, we would like to apologies that we could not upgrade you in the suite room without any additional charges, as you wanted..
Secondly your note on house keeping related issues, it would have been better, if you had informed me at the same time, then I address it.
Our all the guests are our valuable assets, your feedback really motivate us to provide next label of hospitality & services to our guest and your words of appreciation are great source of inspiration for us..
