I hate to do this because I am from Ghana and I want anything Ghanaian to succeed. This was my Easter weekend experience so take it with a grain of salt that this is their busiest time of the year. These are the facts, the parking garage is half completed with limited shuttle rides from the garage to the hotel room. They have staff to help with the parking situation but their communication is very lacking. Food options very limited, The night club was amazing I had a great night there , I think even the president of Ghana pulled up one night. Wifi didn’t work bring your own. Front desk staff was rude, sometimes it feels like they are using stone and tablet to check you in. Cleaning staff very nice. Pool was clean. I still recommend it , they just need to work out the kinks . You will get frustrated but you will still enjoy your stay overall

I enjoyed my stay at Rock City Hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to make my stay special. I appreciated all of the modern conveniences of a top rated hotel. However, I have 2 recommendations: 1. Please keep the power on in rooms for 24 hours—not having the air conditioner at night was not comfortable. 2. Be sure to have ample inventory in the restaurant so that you don’t run out of almost everything at dinner time. On my first night, there was hardly anything available on the menu for my meal. Otherwise, I felt pleased with the overall ambience and will definitely return.
