A potentially nice place needing many repairs

The lobby was beautiful and all of the staff we met were wonderful. The rooms were a bit tired, and the TV was malfunctioning, offering only a couple of channels. The WiFi did not work at all in the room. And the bathtub faucet was partially stuck and allowed only very hot water, too hot for using. The pool area was quite attractive, but the pool itself was full of dead insects and debris from nearby trees and other plants.

Thank you for your comments Suzanne, this helps us continue to improve. it was unfortunate your stay was in the mix of our strong monsoon season, making it hard to keep up with the beautiful pine tree debris with this weather and affecting power, wifi, and TV situations. we hope to see you back and give us another chance to have a better experience with you. You get what you pay for and worse

it was terrible. 1st time there. The carpet was super dirty. Check your windows when you get there because they will be unlocked. TV i super old. channels were blurry and with lines. No cable as it advertises. Directions step by step are given in the even the cable is not working. It says to go to set up on the remote but there is not set up button on the remote or tv menu option so I tried everything and nada! No internet access. I callled the front office, they gave me a password that did not work, seemed to have bo solution. The swimming pool was nearby but fool of families and kids that never left. They were barbecuing So I couldn’t read and relax. My room was close to the swimming pool so it was hart to fall asleep due to people drinking beers right outside their room and pool. I’m the morning I was ready to enjoy my free breakfast, and it turns out that they just have a tiny room for you to brew coffee, some slices of bread and some cereal options and that’s breakfast. No milk, no premade coffee. You help yourself. My key didn’t open my room 3 times because somehow it would get deactivated so, It was 2 and says for me. Oh, and the second day it rain so hard that thunder kept setting of the car alarms. Got no sleep again. So if you are going to Nogales for business NEVER stay here. Actually, I wouldn’t eve stay there again. You really get what you pay for. If you are on a budget go to hotel Americana. They have everything this one didn’t for the same price

Dear Guest, we are sorry the stay was not to your liking, and here is my response to your comments; 1. we are in the middle of Monsoon season, being from Arizona, we know this, and we have no control over weather, which caused car alarms, wifi, key system, and TV service issues2. Due to the monsoon we crack the windows open to air rooms out, but they do have a lock that manually can be unlocked by guests, The windows are safe and do lock.3. Your reservation was for 2 nights, we wish you had come down to let us know your concerns we could have changed you to a quieter area, not near the pool, we have no control over guests having fun in the pool or hotel, and cold had also canceled one day before the extra night if you were so unhappy with everything.4. we offer free (continental) breakfast that day we were quite busy, and you had to come down after the large group, we always have fresh juices, milk, fruit, cereal, hot coffee, teas, and oatmeal. we don't offer hot breakfast and it is noted on Expedia's site. 5. you advocated for another hotel, which I understand you were upset. we could have been resolved if you had just let us know sooner about things we could have changed for you. to make your stay better., we have many great reviews, but I understand we can't make everyone happy. I apologize for the inconvenience you suffered for that we will try to see if I can credit you one night with Expedia.

Pésimo check in

Muy tardado el proceso de recepción, aprox 15-20 minutos sin nadie en fila. Después la puerta de la primer habitación no servía, nos dieron otra y tampoco. Tardamos aproximadamente una hora en poder entrar a la habitación

Great Stay!

When I arrived I was given two card keys in case one didn’t work. Sure enough, first card didn’t work! Good thinking from the late night staff! Great directions to my room, excellent dining spot on location, and the room was cool and crisp the entire time. Thank you!
