It would be helpful for those of us arriving in Nome earlier than the check-in time to know where the “office “ is located as this was apparently where we should have gone to to possibly drop off our luggage. All info online took us directly to the rental property.
Additionally it might help others to have a “Guest Book” that spells out how to operate the shower and the Toyo stove for heat. We spent a considerable amount of time figuring this out
Overall the rental was very clean and centrally located. Hours of operation for local locations would have been appreciated ie: visitors center and other prominent locations
This being said, I would recommend this property to others. Thank you!

Wifi worked properly, but the water in the shower was little.
Also they said there were two beds, but it was only one Queen with a terrible mattress, and a couch bed.
We got no transportation from Airport to the Suites although it was offered on the website.
The code for the door was promised in the morning, we got it in the late afternoon.

Hello Wolfgang, the rudest guest we've ever hosted. I'm so sorry that your stay coincided with the repair of the fiberoptic cable in Deadhorse and we were still working to repair the internet, which controls the locks, the morning of your arrival. No where on the website do we promise airport transportation. The beds are clearly labeled--one sofa bed, one queen bed. We usually get rave reviews about the mattress, so I think this is a you problem, but will follow up to see if it needs replacing. I don't appreciate how you treated the person cleaning and preparing for your stay. I do not know what you mean about the water, but perhaps you did not follow my instructions?

Great little bungalow. Had all the facilities. Very warm. Had a little trouble with the front door but otherwise excellent.
