The Holiday Inn Aruba was an excellent experience. Great location. Several shopping and eating spots literally right across the street. They also had excellent dining options on property. We did the all inclusive option so we ate on property every meal. Great Breakfast buffet, 2 lunch restaurants, one very informal the other was informal also but a little more upscale. Both within steps of the Carribean Sea, and great views. 3 Dinner restaurants, the Mexican and Italian rotate evenings they are open. The Sea Breeze was open everyday. Both pools are within steps of the beach. Staff was great and friendly. The only downside is shade is limited and it costs to rent a playa or beach umbrella. We walked the beach and this looked to be the norm for all the hotels in the area.

Great location. Pools & beach access is wonderful. Outdoor restaurants are nice. Corals for breakfast is a 10. Incredible staff doing everything in their power to make sure you have what you need. Breakfast-Brunch options are endless. What was disappointing is I did an all inclusive week with my kids and I could not get a reservation to Da Vincis. They are only opened limited days and were fully booked. I tried booking right away and could not get a reservation. Very disappointing. The rooms are dated but ok. The bathroom shower could use some updating. Also, we had a non working blow dryer. Did not ruin the week at all but just annoying.

Excellent stay with the all inclusive we still went out and enjoyed some of the restaurants but the all inclusive more then paid for itself with drinks breakfast and lunch Awesome time will be back

o melhor do hotel é o bom atendimento, as pessoas, as camas de casal são pequenas, não chegam a ser uma queen, sistema de bebida all-incluse é limitado, com bebidas de baixa qualidade (vodka, whisk, aperol não inclusas) somente bebidas de baixa qualidade, pior que achei foi a falta de informação sobre a locação de guarda-sol (obrelone) beira praia tem que pagar $ 40 dolares, mesmo os quioques estrutura do hotel tem que pagar, não recomendo o sistema all-clusive, não retornaremos nesse sisrema e hotel. não vale apena.

Upon arrival the Hotel wanted to offer my family and I one King bed for 4 adults. The All-inclusive package was only a partial food and partial drink package. This is NOT an all inclusive hotel as it is listed as one. The hotel is next to a NIGHT CLUB that is blasting music until 2am. Expect ZERO sleep. Reservations for dinner was never explained to us and being all inclusive had to go elsewhere for Dinner several nights as everything was full as NOT all restaurants are open every night. You have to RENT shade to be able to sit on the beach as if you do not receive this as part of a package. You must reserve and pay for hut or umbrella to be comfortable but many days in advance and still not a guarantee that you will have that reservation. Very unsatisfied and will never go back to the Holiday Inn

We had an amazing trip. The beach at The Holiday Inn by far is the best in the area. The staff were so friendly and helpful also.

I loved the fact that the pool was very close to the beach area so we had the opportunity to enjoy the pool and the beach at the same time. If you have baby/toddlers/young children their pool is amazing. The staff were all very friendly, the service is great, I needed a crib which they delivered immediately. The food was great. The room had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, mini refrigerator. The casino and different shopping stores were on the main floor. Hotel offered different activities like yoga, aqua aerobics, bingo, kids play area, gym, water fountains around the property. I have nothing but good words to say about it. Its worth to say we were all inclusive but there were a lot of other guests who weren’t and they shared the same great opinion about the place.

It was ok rooms were dirty and outdated. They over charged my bank account 5000 dollars and were rude and unhelpful with the issue.. I would not recommend unfortunately definitely not worth all the money they charge

Good location. Access to all of the shops and restaurants. Felt safe walking around and enjoyed the vibrant and lively atmosphere. The property, I feel is the best bang for the buck especially if you have kids.

I have stayed at this property numerous times and each time has Ben magnificent! The rooms are spotless, the staff is so friendly, it is in a convenient location for shopping and dining, the restaurants on the hotel grounds are fabulous. I can’t say enough great things about the Holiday Inn Aruba! I highly recommend and can’t wait for my next visit!
