Property was under construction. Debris and wires all over place the outdoor area was unusable. Air-condition did not cool the area. Outside had a strong smell of cat urn. Would not recommend this place

Thank you for taking time to review us! We are very sorry about the incoveniences caused! The guest exaggerate the situation. The pool construction works are fully down, we are only working on the side walk of the pool. Alle construction works are almost down. For the AC and cat smell the guest should have informed us during his stay. We could clean the outside area for him and help him get the AC in a good working mode.

Sucio y lleno de escombros
Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HotelsLlegamos allí por necesidad, estaban construyendo, por lo que la habitación y todo estaba con polvos, el patio con escombros, el estacionamiento era en la calle, por lo que el auto “rentado” no quedó resguardado, siendo que pagué alojamiento con estacionamiento. Los estacionamientos de la vivienda estaban con escombros.
Nos quedamos allí porque ya no deseábamos movernos, pero no quedamos conforme, al segundo día quedamos sin iluminación, solicitamos como compensación dejarnos salir a las 14:30 hrs., a lo que accedieron, hecho que agradezco.
Cobrarán por limpieza, pero la habitación no estaba limpia, incluso tuve que trapear el piso a nuestra llegada. No fue del todo agradable.
Sí, no está en condiciones el lugar porque están remodelando, debiesen informar, en lo personal no me gusta el desorden ni la suciedad.
Visita 22 al 24 junio 2024.

The property had recently reopened after 1.5 months of pool construction, and unfortunately, delays affected your stay. As this was a same-day booking, we couldn't inform you in advance.For cleanliness issues, we encourage guests to contact us directly so we can address them immediately. Regarding the lighting issue, we offered another room, but we understand you preferred to stay in the same room with a late checkout at 2:30 p.m. as compensation.Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve. Publié le 18 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe property was quiet the 4 nights I stayed there which was highly appreciated. It's a small complex of mainly couples or small families. It is walking distance to the beach (Marriot resort) and to a small market. I found it cleanly and comfortable.

Great cheap place to vacation

Amazing property with modern interior
Publié le 5 janv. 2024 sur HotelsHighly recommend staying here. It has a clean modern interior. Very comfortable bed and a very nice smart TV. The courtyard is beautiful and they work hard to make sure you have any amenities you need. We stayed at sadako apartments before this place, which was nice, but this place is much better. Be sure to try Eduardo's hideaway which is a short walk. I also heard from our taxi driver that oak restaurant which is another 5 minute walk is very good also. It has a short walk to Palm Beach and a grocery store nearby. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.
