Amazing getaway
Publié le 11 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was the first time being out of the U.S. Aruba was a great getaway. The weather was great. The house we stayed in was very nice and big. The owner was easy to get ahold of when we did need anything. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to see Aruba. The area was ok not the best but we didn’t feel comfortable. I will be returning for a future visit

Great house for family
Publié le 3 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayOutside deck was wonderful experience , we ate breakfast and dinner there . Outside sitting area accommodated 10 person . We had a mix of children so put them all in master bedroom with loft . The married adults loved having their own rooms . Property manager was very responsive .

Awesome Aruba Vacation

It was a family vacation that allowed us to all have our personal space with the 7 bedrooms & baths and socialize easily outside by the pool where we dined and relaxed. It fit our needs in every way and was super clean. Totally recommend this location.

Perfect location, deceiving pictures
Publié le 31 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis was my 3rd time renting a villa in aruba. Location is close to high-rise hotels. Everything was good with property manager, had minor issues and was promptly taken care of. The only thing that was very disappointing was the description of the house. The pictures were not updated at all, bathrooms were extremely small and outdated for a villa like this. The pool is a lot smaller than what the pictures show. It did accommodate two families but was expecting it to be a little more luxurious by looking at the pictures they offered. It is close to the beach about 5-6 minute ride, not 750 yards unless you fly there! Overall it was mostly clean, but floors when we got there werent the cleanest! The stairs to the loft upstairs in the master was a little dangerous for young kids as within the first 5 minutes my 7 year old slipped and fell down them. Overall, decent property!

Thank you for your review and the positive points. Sorry to hear that you could not find an appropriate Villa in Aruba for the third time in a row…… This Villa is also listed at Airbnb has a very high average score of 4.8 in more than 80 reviews. This was the last one:
“Great host. Great area. Great house. Felt so safe & cared for. Answered all questions with a swiftness. The house is in the perfect area where everything is accessible. House is also very big enough to host big groups comfortably. All my friends had their own room & bathroom. Perfect all around. Definitely will be visiting again and staying at this location. Thank you so much”
We are constantly updating the Villa so indeed the pictures where a little bit outdated and even nicer than in the pictures. When the photo shoot is finished we will change it. But we certainly not made the bathrooms and the swimming pool smaller :) In this Villa you have 6 bedrooms with their own bathroom and is very much appreciated by larger groups.
The villa is 750 yards - 1 mile from the beach and walkable within 15-20 min but most of our guests do rent a car for large groceries, sightseeing and exploring other beautiful beaches.
Please if it is necessary to have a XXL bathroom and a very large swimming pool you can always ask for the measurements. And for any remarks or issues our staff is always happy and ready to help our guests instantly :)

Family vacation with luxury
