I am Juerg the owner of Swiss Paradise Aruba and would like to answer as following as this is the worst untruthful Feedback we ever get!This guests booked a last minute room with 60% for lower than 150USD a night with private hot tub!! All our 3suites with private hot tub have the shower outside (Bali Style) in the fully private fenced tropical garden! Nobody can see inside as there are huge walls around. We do rent out those suites now for almost 10 years! They are the best sold unit! 3 suites with private hot tub in total all other suites apartments and villas have shower inside! And of course we have suites with shower inside! Immediate after reservation we do send all info including video of the suite to our guests which clearly shows as well in the photos of all the listings that the shower is in the tropical garden! If somebody don’t like it they always can cancel it, after they have seen the video! That would never been a problem! Also right after reservation we send the important information indicating that we are doing service every second day also so far has never been any problem if guests ask for additional service we do it and we did some special service every day for this guests, even asking us to change the bedsheets as they put food on it! The toilet after the guest left we had to call special service to get everything out guest through in the toilet never ever happen before! As we are a very small boutique hotel with by far the best reviews on all platforms we do want to keep the most economic prices on the market! If somebody wants 24 hours service they need to reserve a big hotel chain which are easily 3-10 times more expensive if you rent an Airbnb there is no services included but we offer every second day! The rooms with private suites are very big which includes also a fully private tropical garden on the back side and a terrace in the front! WiFi and TV is always working nobody else had any problem and we do personal checkin with all our guest showing everything at checkin! (Smart TVs with 100 channels). Just read all the other reviews and make your own picture! And just a final note we strictly prohibit to smoke Marijuana at our properties but we had to do special cleaning of the room as well! For normal smoking we have dedicated spots! Thus if you want 24 hours service go to a big hotel! We do have 60% returning guests all very happy and the highest ratings on all our platforms. Against heavy rain sometimes floors get wet also was never ever any problem! If somebody don’t like our rooms at Checkin just ask for full refund we are glad to give the money back! Happily it never was requested so far as 99% love our dedication with our guests!
