Publié le 5 mars 2020 sur HomeAwayLa propriété est bien située, bien entretenue et correspond tout à fait à la description et aux photos. Les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles. Le fait que les serviettes et chaises de plage soient fournies est grandement apprécié. Merci Kiki et Frans!

Excellent stay
Publié le 23 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful property for an excellent value. The property grounds / pool are are very nice and relaxing. It was temping to just spend out time hanging out there, but of course there's plenty to see nearby. The host, Kiki and Frans, were vey nice and accommodating.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Auch der Garten und der Pool werden sehr gepflegt.
Kiki und Frans waren jederzeit ansprechbar.
Wir haben uns dort praktisch wie zuhause gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Palm Casita
Publié le 20 oct. 2019 sur HomeAwayMy family and I really enjoyed the Palm Casita that Kiki and Frans own. They are very sweet people. Having a cold Aruban beer upon our arrival was delightful! We loved staying at their piece of paradise in Aruba. Everything went smoothly and the home is just like the pictures!! Having a shared oasis complete with pool in the back yard was awesome made the heat bearable and the perfect reading relaxing spot for our son and his fiancé. We would most definitely stay at the Palm Casita again!!

Disappointed
Publié le 12 sept. 2019 sur HomeAwayWe were disappointed in this property. The area outside of the house was disappointing to look at. It advertised air conditioning and it was only in the bedrooms. We were told to leave the living room door and kitchen door open to get the trade wind breeze. It advertised a fireplace and there was not one on the property. It said that it was wheelchair accessible and the bathroom was very small and there is no way that a wheelchair bound person could bathe and use the toilet. The bedding only had sheets. The mattress was as hard as a board, the pillows were awful, no comforter or blanket on the property. The 2nd bedroom didn't even provide a fitted sheet. The hair dryer couldn't plug into the outlet in the bathroom because they had a raised plate around the outlet. There were no wash clothes provided. There was no washing machine on the property. Small bugs, like ants, were seen crawling in the bathroom sink in the evening and the morning. We left after 1 night.

We are sorry you are disappointed in the Palm casita. We like to respond to a couple of things you wrote because they are not correct.
The casita is not advertised as a fully airconditioned house. Most guests like the breeze through the house.
We have 2 BBQ's, 1 on charcoal and 1 on gas.
The washing machine is in the outside room with the beach chairs and the coolers.
The mattress is not hard as a board; we never had this comment about the mattress before.
If you just had come over to us to talk about your issues, the comforter, pillow and wash clothes, we could have provide you with all. But you allready booked a hotelroom before talking to us. We regret that.
The house was clean so we don't know where the small ants came from.
We will think about the wheelchair accessibility in the description, thank you.

GREAT vacation spot
Publié le 1 juill. 2019 sur HomeAwayThe property is beautiful, quiet and convenient. Our hosts, Kiki and Frans were the best! Warm and friendly and even though they live on the property, they NEVER intruded but gave us the privacy we expected. We would definitely return again!!

Wonderful super clean casita
Publié le 24 janv. 2019 sur HomeAwayThese side by side casitas are ideal for 2 families of 4 to enjoy Aruba. Close to everything. Pool was amazing to lounge by and Kiki and Frans are always on hand to help in any way. Everything in the pictures are exactly as shown!
