2024 Stay
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall the staff and stay was amazing!! They were very accommodating and the rooms are very spacious. The property manager was also super helpful. Any questions I had before the trip I simply emailed him and he got back to me the next day. He made sure I knew what to expect when I arrived in Aruba which was also helpful. Only issue I encountered on the property is because you’re off the palm beach strip some nights it took a bit longer for cabs to arrive for dinner. So if I had a reservation for 6, I needed to be ready with the cab called by 5. Front desk also does all the cab calls for you so no worries in that department.

Worth the visit

Girls trip bucket list achieved!

As a first timer renting a property on VRBO, I can honestly say I was more than pleased with my experience. Dealing with the property manager David, to rent this property was super easy. I had many questions and they were all answered right away. The property was very nice, clean and looks just like the photos.

Poorly run resort
Publié le 26 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis resort is more than outdated. Room was not clean. Stains on bedding and furniture. Worse than that, staff were apathetic. Nobody behind the counter cared about any concerns. Pool was never cleaned and murky. We spent the majority of our time buying day passes at a different amazing resort. They allow peopel to smoke and drink from glass at the pool. We put our wet clothing on the chairs in balcony - which were filthy- and went back to get more. Received a call from front desk to close balcony door. We were in the middle of moving clothing. How absurd. Never to return.

David was very pleasant to work with and there was never a lag in communication. The resort was perfect for us... 4 adults looking for, a quiet place to get some R&R. This place hit the spot! The staff was amazing. Very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. The entire complex was very secure with security staff at the front gate at all times. Free shuttle to the beach was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking the pool. The pool was clean and the entire property was as well. We didn't care for the food at the restaurant but when you're in Aruba, you really need to venture out for dining... too many amazing restaurants to list in this review. It was fine for a quick snack at the pool bar though. And every day at the pool they had 2 happy hours which was awesome! The room was very clean, beds were comfy and the kitchen had the basics if you wanted to dine in and make your own meals. Our only complaint (which had nothing to do with the condo, our host or the resort itself) is the outside staff they have on property for your mandatory COVID testing. Very unfriendly and honestly quite rude. We had made appointments for 4:30 to all be tested and we showed up a few minutes early and the women told us "no more tests today, we close at 4pm." Luckily the resort staff stepped in and set her straight and she did our tests. We have recommended this condo to a few of our friends already and we'll absolutely book with David again real soon! We made many new friends who have been coming every year and staying for weeks or MONTHs for the past 20+ years so that just goes to show you what a great place this is without breaking the bank!
