No water pressure in house
Gardner did not show up
Front gate was broken so we had to park on the street
We met with Julie who manages the unit and explained everything to her.

For all guests' sake I am putting bottom line on top: If you have problem during your stay contact us immediately - don't keep it to yourself and then complain after your stay is over like Georgina did. We are here to make sure your stay is pleasant and all issues are addressed but only if we know about those issues. This is a private residence not a hotel so we do not have 24/7 staff on site. So:
We cannot help if we do not know you have a problem.
Now details:
- Low water pressure was due to water company (WebAruba) doing maintenance in the area
- Pool was clean but not clean enough to our guest liking. If this would be brought to our attention - we would provide extra cleaning
- It is a raining season so: pool can get extra debree as a result. We will clean it at no extra cost if we know about it.
- because of rain water sipped into gate motor casing and gate stopped opening. Again - if it was reported immideatly it would be addressed immideatly.
Review did not mention anything positive like the fact that when guest left medication at the house it was delivered to them to the airport, )

This place suit us well.
Publié le 11 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayI love this place. Beautifully set up and has tons of amenities which makes it never a dull moment here and the privacy is unmatched. I had friends staying at a condominium penthouse close by and this place was far better of an experience that they stayed with me instead. Julie the manager was amazing. I would recommend this place and hope to return soon.

We spent 5 full days exploring and going to many of the beaches. It was so relaxing to go home at the end of a long day and relax and enjoy the pool. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Thank you David and Helen for sharing your home!

very recommendable accommodation

The beach can be reached quickly on foot. The pool is wonderful, the beds are comfortable and the accommodation is very clean. The internet is fast and reliable. Helen and David are very nice hosts. We really liked it and felt very comfortable.

Great Stay
Publié le 12 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is located within walking distance to all the shops and dining along the hotel strip. The backyard is walled so there is total privacy around the pool. There is a grill, tables and plenty of chairs to enjoy being outside. we travelled as a family but this would be an excellent location for two or three couples as each bedroom has its own bathroom and individual door into the backyard/pool area.
The best feature was the local property manager that was always available for questions and very helpful.
