No hair dryer in the room

Nice place to stay
Posted Oct. 13, 2024 on HotelsOur stay was amazing. The bed was comfortable and clean, the shower was nice and hot, they have an indoor pool and a gym, the food at the restaurant was good. Definitely worth the money.

The stay was going well up until there were an unbelievable amount of police cars outside of the facility. Very concerning. When asking staff if it was safe to come back into the building after returning from the store, we were told it was a “small situation” and that it was already handled. Yet, I watched 3-4 more police cars pull up to the facility rather quickly. I stars this to the staff member and he responded with “ok.” I have never heard of a small situation resulting in 14 police cars surrounding the facility as well as 3 officers with a rifle on same floor where I was roomed. Very concerning and resulted in us leaving same night.

Thank you for your business, and we do apologize that your stay was interrupted by this incident. Unfortunately, the police provided us with very little information other than it was a "domestic"; the incident was under control and that guests could enter and exit safely.
