Room was not very clean…the towels were paper thin and areas inside and around the hotel were not well maintained…requested several calls to the front desk to speak or meet with the hotel or front desk manager…no response. Stay elsewhere.

The bathroom is too small. The toilet is made for a kindergartner. My faucet handles were loose and hard to figure out. When I first went to my room on the 9th floor there was no air in the hallway. I got faint and had to stop three times to take deep breathes just to finish my walk. It only happened on Tuesday late afternoon, but that was one time too many. All the other days the air was fresh and cool, so I had no problem walking. There is no small cafe' to get a quick sandwich or breakfast. Paying almost $20 for breakfast is outrageous. You said breakfast available, but there was no choice but to pay for something that was too much and took a long time to eat, when I needed to get out early to visit my son at the heart hospital. I felt I had to get valet because I did not feel safe walking alone to a faraway and isolated garage. It was a safety issue for me since I was on call to get to the hospital several nights if my son got too agitated and scared about where he was.

Nice area. Quiet and I felt safe. The ferry is right outside. Great for kids and quick trips to Portsmouth etc.
Only Negative! $35 a night for overnight Parking fees should be clearly displayed when booking ie. Estimated daily cost with a car o
